What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing one finished, interpreted dataset as an exclusive, one-time acquisition. Once ownership transfers, Prime Data permanently withdraws that dataset from sale and cannot sell or license the same dataset to another buyer.
The transfer is completed under a signed Exclusive Dataset Assignment Agreement.
How much does each dataset cost?
They are licenced, beides the option of buying the entire full suite of date sets, set at $85000 for all 7 data sets right now (more to come). The exact price of the licence reflects the dataset’s breadth, specialist application, commercial usefulness, development potential and the fact that it is permanently removed from the market after purchase.

Are the datasets anonymous or legally certified?
Prime Data does not claim that the datasets are anonymous, risk-free or legally certified. We do our best to comply with the consumer affairs fair rules for fees and charges and wording though.
Direct identifiers and original communications are excluded, but contextual re-identification and privacy risks must still be considered. Buyers are advised to also conduct their own legal, privacy, security and deployment assessments.
What can the buyer use the dataset for?

Although ownership of the identified finished dataset is assigned, the agreement continues to restrict record-level redistribution, public disclosure and uncontrolled transfer because of confidentiality, privacy and security risks.
Any permitted business transfer must follow the written assignment agreement.
Only the person liencing the data is allowed full view of it for the year and they can have a next in line if they are to fall sick or other unfortunate incidents. NDAs and other legal documents are signed before the data is released to the buyer.

However if you have any problems with the data once purchased we will 100% support you with these issues and do our best to solve any problems. But once you have seen the data we can not re-sell it so this is why outright buys are just that, you must handle all the limitations yourself, most of them anyway. Once the data is yours it is yours. You do sign a data contract applicable with data privacy agency of Australia before you receive the data, which complies with the laws of data protection agency. Licencing, we will keep you informed for the duration of your licence period.
How is the dataset delivered?
The dataset is delivered through a restricted Tresorit or google workspace Business data room after:
Buyer due diligence is completed.
The assignment agreement is signed, NDA, and contract for the data privacy agency Australia.
The tax invoice is paid in cleared funds.
The privacy and release gates are completed.
Data is delivered via secure cloud Tresorit or google workspace cloud.

Can a buyer inspect a sample first?’

However, a sample does not include raw communications and may not be used to reconstruct, reproduce or create a competing dataset.
